I've entered my email address but it won't let me sign up for an account/let me sign in. Why is this?

Answer

When you first use RefWorks you need to create an account by clicking on 'Create account' and entering your DMU email address.

For students this is in the format p-number@my365.dmu.ac.uk. RefWorks will then ask you to create a password - this is unique to RefWorks and is not the same password you use for your student email etc. 

If you enter your email address and it doesn't let you sign up or you don't receive the authentication email check that you've entered your email correctly.
