How do i remove extra spacing between words?
You may see a paragraph in your Word document with extra-large spacing between words.
Answer
Your paragraphs may be justified to space words evenly.
Try and select your paragraphs and then click on the Align-Left button (via the Home tab).
If you still see the spaces, then you may have actual spaces in between the words. Click on the Paragraph Marker button (via the Home tab) to see if there are spaces - represented by 'dots' when in Paragraph Marker view. Once you have removed the spaces, you can go back to normal view, by clicking on the Paragraph Marker button again.
