How can I set a second Time Zone in my Outlook calendar?

Answer

In the latest versions of Outlook, you can have up to 3 time zones displayed in the Calendar. In the older versions, you can display 2 time zones.

If you are a distance learner and in a different time zone, you can add an additional time zone that will display in the time bar in the Calendar view. See also Microsofts' Add, remove, or change time zones help page

To set up:

  1. Open the File tab in Outlook Calendar (desktop app)

  2. Click on Options.

  3. Go to the Calendar tab and scroll down until you see Time zones. Then, tick the Show a second time zone check box.

  4. Type in a name in the Label box for each time zone.

  5. Then, select the time zone you want to add from the Time zone list.
