How do I convert a PowerPoint to mp4?

If you have recorded audio/narration in PowerPoint, then you can Export an mp4 using the recorded timings and Narrations (screenshot 1 below). It is also possible to export to mp4 where you manually set the slide progression time for each slide (screenshot 2) if you have not recorded any narration.
