How can I save my Libcal appointments and event bookings to my calendar app?
Answer
There is no option for appointments and events to appear in your calendar app automatically. However, if you save the .ics file of the event or appointment when you receive the Libcal confirmation email, you can add it to your calendar.
To save your appointments or event bookings, you can add the attached .ics file from the Libcal email to your Outlook calendar:
- Click on the .ics attachment.
- Select "Add to Calendar."
You can also add .ics files directly from the LibCal calendar booking page, as Amy outlined in the chat transcript. See the screenshot below for reference.
- On the event booking page, click on the calendar icon in the top-right corner, and it will download/save the .ics file to your desktop calendar app.
