For IT help remotely, please contact the IT Service Desk. This can be via the MyDMU portal; sending an email to itmsservicedesk@dmu.ac.uk; chatting to the team via LibChat or by telephoning +44 (0)116 250 6050. In addition we have more self-help information available on our webpages.

Also, during staffed hours, all library staff at our service desks are able to help with general IT enquiries - why can't I print, how do I top up print credit, how do I add page numbers to my document etc. Issues with IT hardware, and questions about which software is available on which computers, for example, can be directed to ITMS staff based on the ground floor help desk in the Kimberlin Library.

Outside of staffed hours, the ITMS Out of Hours service is available via their usual telephone number - +44 (0)116 250 6050. You can also find out more details about the out of hours service provision here.
