Please speak to a member of Library staff about accessing the Library during desk staffed hours. You are unable to come through the turnstiles out of staffed hours but are welcome to work in the outer foyer.

Guidance below on how to replace your card:

 

Lost student cards - There is a charge for lost cards. You can visit the Student Gateway reception in person to make this payment and they will print a new card off for you straight away. Alternatively, please visit the online store to order and make a payment.

Expired student cards - Take your expired card into the Student Gateway reception during their opening hours where they will print a new card off for you straight away. Alternatively, email smartcards@dmu.ac.uk to request a new card (including your full name and student number).

Stolen student cards - Email smartcards@dmu.ac.uk to request a replacement card. Please include your full name, student number and the crime reference number the police have given you.
