Q. How do I make a complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint, all DMU students should first speak to a member of library staff either in person in Kimberlin Library or by contacting us via Just Ask. If you then feel we have been unable to address your complaint, please refer to the university complaints process which will direct you to the Early Resolution process. Any external members, DMU staff or visitors should use the feedback form
