Your password and PIN are different. Your password is at least 16 characters long and is used to access university online resources, such as the Eduroam wifi, Learning zone, e-resources, MyDMU. You can reset your password at: https://mygateway.dmu.ac.uk/students/resetpassword.
Your PIN is a 4-digit number, and is only used at the library. You can receive an email to reset your PIN at: https://prism.librarymanagementcloud.co.uk/dmu/login?auth_reset=true. You can use it to borrow items in the library, on the library catalogue to reserve items and access the MyAccount feature where you can pay off any fines on your account.
