Visiting members of the Library (including SCONUL, Alumni, Public, College/School memberships) can purchase a replacement card by going to Visitor Information. From the Visitor Information home page, select the appropriate membership tile and complete the form.

Under the section of the form called Application Details, make sure to;

  • select Replacement of Lost Card
  • select the membership type from the drop-down menu
  • add a recent passport-style photograph of yourself.

Replacement cards cost £12.50

Once you have submitted the form, we can make you a new card. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your request - you will receive an email from us once the card is available to collect.

Payment can be made on collection of the membership card by debit card/mobile pay (we are a cashless service) during desk staffed hours only.
