Your lecturers can set up assignments in your LearningZone modules which can be Turnitin enabled. This means such assignments set up by your lecturers in your modules in LearningZone will be checked for originality using Turnitin and therefore produce a similarity report showing any matches it finds. Full details are explained in the Assignment Submission section in the LearningZone guide

You will be able to tell if an assignment set up in your module in LearningZone will be checked by Turnitin under the assignment instructions.

To do this:

  1. Select the Assignments Tab from your module navigation bar in LearningZone:

  1. From the list of assignments select a assignment by clicking on it's title.  You will be presented with the assignment instructions for that assignment. If the assignment is Turnitin enabled it state 'This assignment will be submitted to Turnitin'.

You can find out more on how to submit and view the similarity report in Turnitin section in the LearningZone Guide.
