Live Chat is usually available 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday providing an instant response, WhatsApp is usually available when desks are staffed. We aim to provide an answer to enquiries submitted via the Just Ask form within 24 hours, although it is usually much quicker. Please note that replies will take longer when the University is closed for public and bank holidays.
