First you need a key which you can get from library staff, this is used to call the lift.  Once inside you can then choose from four floor options, LG (lower-ground), GF (ground floor), 1 and 2 for first and second floors.  If you have mobility issues in handling the key we have plastic turners that may help.  Please contact he team if you would like a key issued to your account.
