Please contact us using our ‘Just Ask’ service. This includes phone, email and live chat options. Our ‘libchat’ option is available 24/7. Queries that fall outside of our UK staffed hours will be answered by librarians from our international cooperative. Anything that cannot be immediately answered will be passed on to our UK team to respond.
