I can't download Adobe CC apps from the Creative Cloud Desktop app

I have signed in with my student email but the Apps are not available to download in the Creative Cloud Desktop.


Answer

It is imperative that you see the single sign-on window after you sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop. 

  1. Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop
  2. Then, sign back in by typing @dmu.ac.uk to bring up the single sign-in window. 
  3. Sign in with your student p-number and password.

Note: Some programs are not eligible for Adobe CC home licenses and there may also be some Adobe CC apps not available via the home download. Adobe CC apps are also not available remotely via YourDMULabs. See the table below.
