Is the NVivo Transcription service included in the DMU NVivo license?

DMU NVivo license does not include the transcription service. NVvio transcription is an in-app purchase service.
You can use MS Word Online to transcribe audio. This FAQ covers how to use the Transcribe button in MS Word Online to record and transcribe a live interview, but the same principle applies and you would upload your audio file instead of recording. You can then prepare the Word document for import into NVivo.
You can also manually add transcription in NVivo with the play/pause/write feature.
