How do I reference a book in Harvard (Cite Them Right) style?

Answer

Use the following format for your reference, depending on the number of authors:

With one author:

Author (Year) Title. Edition – if not the 1st. Place of publication: Publisher.

e.g. Bell, J. (2014) Doing your research project. Maidenhead: Open University Press.

With two or three authors

e.g. Goddard, J. and Barrett, S. (2016) The health needs of young people leaving care. Norwich: University of East Anglia, School of Social Work and Psychosocial Studies.

With four or more authors- give the name of the first author, followed by ‘et al.’ (and others).

Young, H.D. et al. (2015) Sears and Zemansky's university physics. San Francisco, CA: Addison-Wesley.
